Orbitkey Launches the Tracker Collection, Built Around the Key Organiser and Everything Else You Carry

Melbourne, AU (September 2026) -  Orbitkey, the Melbourne-based organisation brand behind the original Key Organiser, the Nest, and the 2-in-1 Tech Organiser, introduces the Orbitkey Tracker Collection. It launches with two products: the Key Organiser Tracker and the Universal Tracker. Both work natively with Apple Find My and Google Find Hub, and together they give people two ways to keep track of the things they carry every day.

Until now, adding locating technology to a set of keys meant clipping something extra onto them. Most of those add-ons are bulky, sit awkwardly against a key stack, and work with only one network. Some need a separate app just to confirm they are still connected. The result undoes the compact, quiet carry people bought a key organiser for in the first place.

The Key Organiser Tracker solves that by building the technology into the organiser itself. The Universal Tracker solves the wider version of the same problem, for the bag, the travel pouch, and everything else.

Key Organiser Tracker

The Key Organiser Tracker is built on the Key Organiser Pro platform. It keeps the same external dimensions, the same signature hardware, and the same no-tool assembly, with locating technology integrated inside the band. There is nothing to attach and nothing extra to carry.

When keys go missing, the location can be checked through Apple Find My or Google Find Hub, and a built-in speaker plays a sound to find them close by. The rest of the experience is the Key Organiser people already know: a neat, silent stack of keys that opens and adjusts by hand.

Locating technology, built in – The technology sits inside the organiser rather than clipping onto it, so the key stack stays compact and quiet.

Organisation you can see – Wide openings, fold-down panels and clamshell layouts put everything in view at once. No digging, no tipping the contents onto a desk.

Works with Apple Find My and Google Find Hub – Native compatibility with both networks in a single product. No separate app to download, no choosing between ecosystems at the point of purchase.

Familiar Key Organiser hardware – Same external dimensions and the same easy-to-assemble, spring-loaded mechanism as the Key Organiser Pro. Micro tension adjustments let the band be tightened by hand, with no tools.

Built-in speaker and LED indicator – Play a sound to locate keys nearby. The LED gives feedback during pairing and charging. 

Car key ready – Carries a car key alongside regular keys without scratching a phone or the rest of a bag.

Rechargeable – A rechargeable battery lasts approximately three to five months per charge. A magnetic charging cable is included.

Dust and water resistant – Rated IP65 for protection against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets. Not suitable for submersion.

Two material collections – A leather-free version in Black, Blush, Cobalt, Citrus and Orange, and a full-grain leather version in Black, Tan and Forest.

Note: the Key Organiser Tracker is not compatible with the Orbitkey Extension Post. For higher key capacity, Orbitkey recommends the Key Organiser Pro with Extension Post, paired with the Universal Tracker.

Universal Tracker

The Universal Tracker replaces the previous Orbitkey tracker with a slimmer, rechargeable design that works natively across both major locating networks. At approximately 5mm, down from over 7mm, it now sits inside a Key Organiser without extending past it. 

It is not only a Key Organiser accessory. The same tracker moves between a key ring, a bag, a travel pouch, or a tech organiser, which is where the name comes from.

Features

5mm slim – Roughly 30 percent thinner than the previous version, and matched to the width of the Key Organiser so it fits neatly inside rather than sitting proud of it.

Works with Apple Find My and Google Find Hub – Native compatibility with both networks, with no third-party app required. Setup happens directly in the phone's own software.

Rechargeable – Approximately three to five months of battery life per charge, with a full charge taking around one to two hours via a magnetic two-pin cable with USB-C connection.

One-button operation – A single button handles power, pairing and reset. An LED indicator shows pairing and charging status.

Built-in speaker – Plays a sound to locate belongings nearby.

Dust and water resistant – Rated IP65. Not suitable for submersion. 

Made to move between things – Rated IP65. Designed for Key Organisers and key rings, and equally at home clipped into a bag, a travel pouch, or a wallet.

The Universal Tracker is the flexible one: a way to add locating technology to a Key Organiser someone already owns and loves, or to anything else in their everyday carry.
